We are actually looking to strengthen our team with an experienced HR profile looking to develop his/her skills as Freelance Recruitment Expert.

The job itself

Once upon a time, you had to publish a job description and filter the people applying to the job or to the company. In today’s labour market, finding and attracting the right candidate(s) looks a lot like hunting Unicorns. Recruiters have to develop new skills to attract, seduce and tease the candidates.

 

So at RHesources, Unicorn Hunters needs to be fluent with social media, literate on their labour market and most important of all, using their ears to actively listen to the people they meet. Because this is what it’s all about, understanding expectations and ensure the match will bring added value to both the candidate and our customer.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be working in close collaboration with hiring managers, supporting them in defining their needs and challenge them on unrealistic expectations. You’ll be (re)writing job description to ensure the company’s culture reflect properly and make it appealing for potential candidates. Once published you’ll start your search using all your talents in Boolean searches on job boards or use your network to attract the right unicorns through social media communication.

The experience and skills we would like you to have

We’re looking for someone fluent in Dutch, French and English and obviously comfortable with interpersonal relations. You should feel at ease with verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills. You would evolve as consultant for RHesources, so we’d love you to be a fast learner as you would have to quickly understand a customer’s way of working (process, culture, structure,…) in your different assignments.

 

As skills can be learned, the most important for us is for you to have the right can do, eager to learn attitude. We love curious people, the one convinced that a good day is when you learn something new.

 

On the experience side, having had an experience in a similar role is needed, preferably with technical profiles.
