Within a strongly developed market filled with international players and strong local competition, we’ve decided to launch our own HR consulting company specialized in Recruitment & Selection and Interim Management dedicated to HR profiles. This might sounds crazy (and maybe it is) but we hope to make a difference.
So according to us the right question is not who we are but why we’ve created this company.
With decade of experience in the consulting and recruitment markets for IT, Engineering, HR, Life Sciences or even Financial profiles, we’ve noticed that not enough attention was being paid to basics – give feedback, do a decent follow up, provide clear information on the steps of the process. So we wanted to develop another form of consulting, not a rocket science model, not a disruptive game changer, just simply putting the Human Capital at the center of our consideration.
At RHesources we believe in Human Capital, we’re not looking for a one (wo)man show, but for a team effort. This includes the candidates we’re proposing to our clients for permanent contracts but also the freelancers we’re working with for interim management assignment. So when we support you acquiring new knowledge, develop new competencies and encourage their personal growth, we know that everyone wins.
