Freelance HR Generalist - Liège

Our client, a recognized company in the logistic sector and known for its excellence and commitment to its employees, is looking for a HR Generalist part time (3 days a week) to support the daily HR tasks in the company during a maternity leave.

Based in Liège, you will play a pivotal role to support local teams and international management in the daily HR tasks.

The job itself

As an HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for both employees and managers — offering full-spectrum HR support, tailored to a dynamic, people-focused organisation.

You will

  • Manage employee’s life cycle (on-board and termination, mobility, promotion,...)

  • Implementing company’s HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall group business strategy.

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

  • Managing recruitment and sorting processes aligned with group recruitment policy.

  • Assist in implementing & monitoring HR procedures and policies.

  • Manage an Ongoing Workforce Monitoring processes: Standards, Employee’s cost & efficiency.

  • Monitors pay plan and benefits program align with local restrictions

The experience and skills we would like you to have

What You Bring

·        At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles.

·        Strong command of Belgian labour law and HR best practices.

·        A freelance mindset: autonomous, adaptable, proactive.

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Fluency in English and French.

·        Comfort with digital tools and HR systems.

·        On-site and/or hybrid work, depending on the client.

·        Start: as soon as possible.

·        Duration and scope: 9 months part time - 3 days a week
